Welcome to Research and Development Centre of Sonic Italia, whose headquarters are in Bioggio (Canton Ticino-CH).
In its Rho (Milan, Italy) factory, Sonic Italia manufactures ultrasonic welders and ultrasonic welding systems to be used in plastics sectors; direct branches and distributors sell the aforesaid equipment all over the world.
The new Research and Development Centre, which was created to provide for the increasing demands of the customers about new ultrasonic welding applications, puts experience and well-established knowledge at disposal to find out new application-oriented solutions.
More and more often, we are asked to manufacture ultrasonic welding systems intended for new plastic items with varied shaped and dissimilar final features. The aforesaid items need specific conditions during the ultrasonic welding process and, in the majority of cases, require design and manufacturing activities for dedicated welding systems or ultrasonic welders.
