In the Bioggio centre, the system will be manufactured after the engineering process. After that, the operating cycles will be checked by using sample items that come from the final production.
Robots can be used to create specific systems, which are characterised by critical/delicate and complex welding cycles.
The use of anthropomorphic robots assures reproducibility and repeatability of the required operation, as well as the compliance with the times that are necessary for the welding cycle.
As a consequence, it is possible to create lines to support the production with robot-assisted ultrasonic welders. As already experienced in the past, they can carry out varied operations that allow a real automation of the welding system without the need of human presence.
